Local tax: With law 09 / 2012 has been established a local tax which is used for the municipal maintenance of infrastructure and services. Local tax in our hotel is 1,70 euro per overnight-stay and persons older than 13,9 years old.
Local tax is never included in hotel rate, if not clearly stated in special group arrangement.
Reservation: Your booking is valid after receipt of our confirmation by email, fax, sms or traditional mail. Please consider especially that booking requests from this website must be confirmed by our office.
No smoking hotel: All rooms are no smoking, you can smoke outside the hotel or on balcony.
Deposit: In case of fixed reservation usually we ask for a deposit of a deposit per room that we communicate you.
Reversal conditions: no expenses are due until 2 months before your date:
from then till 1 month before arrival we keep the deposit payment, and 1 month before we must charge you 50 % of the whole arrangement.
Arrival and departure: The rooms are ready on the arrival-day at 15 o'clock. Please let free the room until 10 o'clock on departure-day – only on agreement you can keep the room longer. We would like you to arrive within 7 o'clock, otherwise we kindly ask you to inform us by phone.
Later arrival, early leaving: If you arrive later or leave earlier, we must charge You 80 % of the agreed amount fort he missing nights. Please keep that in mind and assure yourself versus adverse life circumstances
Pets: are welcome, if You say us, which type and weight/height it is.
Consider please that pets are not allowed public rooms.
Payment: You can pay your hotel invoice cash in Euro or foreign currency. Credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard are accepted. You can also make a transfer shortly before Your arrival.
